Coach turned researcher.

I'm a table tennis coach and researcher based in Shanghai, currently teaching ball sports at Shanghai Ocean University while pursuing research in sports biomechanics — particularly lower-limb kinetics during forehand loops and the mechanisms behind sport-specific knee loading.

My work sits at the intersection of motion capture, 3D animation (Blender), and applied biomechanics. I'm building a bridge between performance coaching and the laboratory.

我是来自上海的乒乓球教练与研究者,目前在上海海洋大学体育部担任球类教师,同时从事 运动生物力学方向的科研工作——重点研究正手弧圈球的下肢生物力学特征及专项膝关节负荷机制。

我的研究处在动作捕捉、Blender 三维动画与应用生物力学的交叉地带,致力于把训练场上的 经验与实验室数据连接起来。
